Company Overview

Good morning and Happy Veterans Day!

For most of today's class period, you will be participating in the DHS Veterans Day assembly.  Please enjoy the celebration and try to connect with one of the many local veterans in attendance.

Upon returning to class, please begin composing an overview of your company.  The substitute has detailed instructions for you.  If you need to research a successful company in your industry, please feel free.

o   Name of the business
o   Description of goods and/or services being provided
o   Location of the business
-          Target Market
o   Description of the Customer Segment (Students have already chosen this segment)
o   Overview of an individual customer (Customer Persona)
o   Description of the Value Propositions desired by the average customer of the business
-          Channels
o   Description of each of the 5 Channel Phases (from last class)
o   Description of business’s way of using channels to connect to the customer
